  • TITLE

    Product Strategy

  • OBJECTIVES:

    Non-custodial crypto wallet wanted to refine the product strategy and increase user engagement as well as looking for support in managing their crowdfunding campaign.

  • SOLUTION:

    We conducted a full-scale customer development survey involving 700+ participants, which enabled us to refine the product strategy and identify specific user problem segments. We tested hypotheses for user acquisition, successfully launched a contest, managed content creation and social media activities, and fostered an active Discord community. Furthermore, we implemented an efficient perks distribution process for the client's 5,000 investors, ensuring a smooth and streamlined crowdfunding campaign experience.

  • RESULTS:

    We have redefined the product strategy and market positioning, packaging them into a year-long roadmap that allows them to continue growing amidst the changed market conditions.

  • TITLE

    DAO Development

  • OBJECTIVES:

    Web3 analytics platform and trading terminal project was seeking assistance in customer development and DAO launching.

  • SOLUTION:

    By focusing on implementing customer development and feedback gathering process into product development, we conducted more than 30 one-on-one user interviews, and launched the feedback portal and regular surveys.We also conducted extensive research on the DAO landscape, platforms, tokenomics,  business processes including decision-making, conflict resolution, and governance. In terms of community engagement, we facilitated community training sessions, organized weekly community talks, and actively communicated with the community to ensure alignment and understanding. Additionally, we provided assistance in setting up proposals and processes within the DAO.

  • RESULTS:

    As a result, we successfully launched a DAO and established a thriving community. The DAO attracted 12,000 highly engaged users who actively participated in the product's development and ecosystem.

    Sales Enablement

  • OBJECTIVES:

    VoiceTech startup was looking for establishing a sales process and business development support.

  • SOLUTION:

    To support the business development efforts we established a sales process to provide a sustainable inflow of clients, implemented CRM and required business processes to support the sales, and additionally prepared investors and marketing materials, client scripts, and product documentation.

  • RESULTS:

    We launched the cold outreach campaign and successfully generated over 2,000 leads. This successful lead generation enabled to initiate several pilot projects and partnerships, with five of them currently progressing in the MVP stage.

    Algorithmic asset management platform was looking for comprehensive product management support to be able to integrate the platform with third-party crypto wallets.

  • SOLUTION:

    Our scope of work included adopting the algorithmic portfolio manager platform for integration with third-party crypto wallets within the digital assets exchange. Additionally, we conducted a series of pilot integrations with project partners to ensure seamless functionality and optimize user experience.

    We achieved the successful launch of a pilot project with a popular DeFi wallet and assisted in the acquisition by a market leader, facilitating seamless integration of product development processes.

  • OBJECTIVES:

    Cross-chain swap solution was looking for establishing strategic partnerships and fundraising support prior their public launch.

  • SOLUTION:

    We achieved significant milestones in supporting the project's growth and readiness for public launch. We provided valuable guidance and assistance in overall business development, focusing on the project's business strategy and product development.Through user base surveys and research, we gained a deep understanding of the target audience, enabling us to refine the product offering and enhance the user experience. Our customer research and development efforts involved gathering feedback, conducting interviews, and analyzing user behavior, ensuring the product's alignment with user needs and preferences.

  • RESULTS:

    Our team created a comprehensive strategy that targeted both B2B clients and B2C end users, fostering partnerships and expanding the project's market reach. We successfully onboarded over 10 business partners, facilitating integration and driving ecosystem growth. Additionally, we built cross-marketing campaigns with the leading DeFi exchanges as a part of the public launch and actively sought out and engaged potential investors.

    Content Strategy

  • OBJECTIVES:

    DeFI Lending platform was looking for a full-stack content strategy to effectively create awareness for the project idea and founding team.

  • SOLUTION:

    We successfully created a comprehensive content strategy to effectively prepare the audience for the project's launch. Our team produced in-depth technical and research articles, strategically distributed on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium, to showcase the project's unique value proposition. Through community engagement initiatives such as Q&A sessions, AMA events, and Twitter Spaces, we encouraged active participation and dialogue, fostering a strong connection with the community. Furthermore, our close collaboration with the design and product teams improved the understanding and value proposition of the product. Our content support also bolstered the founding team's positioning and credibility in the industry.

    We were able to set the stage for the product launch by implementing a comprehensive content strategy that effectively raised awareness, engaged the community, popularize the idea of the project and credibility of the founding team among the crypto community.

    Our objective was to transform the existing investor community's Web2 service into a user-focused investment tracking service based on the principles of Web3. We aimed to leverage decentralized technologies to provide a more transparent, secure, and user-centric experience for investors.

    Our team successfully scaled the wealth tracker platform from a local product in the Eastern European region to a global solution, creating a roadmap and strategy for its adaptation to the web3 market. We provided comprehensive product development and management, ensuring efficient software processes, task tracking, and documentation. By managing contractors and establishing partnerships with global providers, we integrated APIs, blockchains, and data providers to enhance the platform's functionality.

  • RESULTS:

    Our most significant achievement was supporting the client in preparation for fundraising and facilitating their participation in US tech accelerators. The public launch received positive traction, resulting in significant user engagement and showcasing the platform's value to a global audience. Our efforts validated the platform's relevance and success joining an accelerator program which provided vital support for the platform's further development and expansion.
